HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I NEED?

The first step is always a Biomechanical Assessment and Functional Movement Analysis.

Whether you are an adult or a child, if you’re looking to recover from injury, surgery or get help with a neurological condition, the first thing we do is analyse your movements so we can work out what the problem is.

We video you moving, then play the videos back to you in slow motion to show you what is likely to be causing the issue or pain.

Then you can make the choice whether you would like to take up our coaching.

MORE ON ANALYSIS

HOW MANY SESSIONS DOES IT TAKE?

Once we’ve isolated the key areas to work on, we will give you a recommendation for how many visits and how frequently we think you need to come to achieve the results you are aiming at.

We are always guided by the goals you set with us and will never pressure our coaching on you.

That said, as we are working on changing the brain, we work in blocks of minimum six sessions to make sure we actually get lasting change in your movement patterns.

UNIQUE METHODOLOGY

With The Running School’s unique Dynamic Movement Skills (DMS)® methodology, we can get your body moving properly. You will learn to move more comfortably with  greater confidence and more flexibility within six sessions.

We have helped people avoid the surgeon’s knife and others have just found moving much more comfortable than before. One client was delighted to be able to kneel on the floor pain free, to play with their children again.

Why not give it a try and see if we can help you improve your movement and reduce your pain.

RAPID RESULTS

Alex & Joe founded FixMyRun in 2019 and went on to incorporate Move Better Rehab in 2022 as we branched out and grew our services. We are an Authorised “Movement and Running School” Certified Clinic and we get regular top-up training ourselves to make sure we can offer you the best rehabilitation possible.

A six session programme will help to correct movement and provide neurological reprogramming to correct patterns that can lead to injury.

The programme is simple and fun and will help you get mobile and fit or reduce your pain and prevent future injury.
